Compensation:

$137,600 - $206,500/year

Responsibilities:

Define and enforce global policy frameworks across 20+ countries, lead cross-functional policy alignment, manage policy performance metrics, handle escalations, and monitor industry changes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality
  • Data-driven decision-making skills
