Compensation:

$164,000 - $221,800 annually

Responsibilities:

  • Define UX for first-to-market products in a highly ambiguous environment.
  • Create user flows and interaction patterns that simplify complex operations.
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and safety teams.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 13+ years of UX design or interaction design experience.
  • Experience in usability testing and prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex system design.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing UX design and rapid prototyping efforts.
  • Knowledge of human factors and ergonomics.
  • Background in safety-critical or mission-critical system design.
