Program Manager, AUTA

This role is based in Arlington, VA or Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$74,200 - $129,800/year

Responsibilities:

Own the strategy and execution of the Interviewer Securement Program, manage interviewer demand forecasting, build global interviewer rosters, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills
• Experience with data-driven process improvements
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in stakeholder management
• Proven track record of driving end-to-end delivery
• Strong communication skills with senior leadership
