This role is based in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-functional project teams and execute complex projects across multiple organizations.
  • Develop, review, and lead large strategic projects within Amazon Business Units.
  • Build relationships with operations leaders to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Communicate program roadmaps and provide periodic status updates to stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and process improvements.
