Compensation:
$161,700 to $279,600/year
Responsibilities:
Lead a diverse team of mechanical designers and analysts on various projects, establish technical standards, mentor the team, chair design reviews, and interface with engineering managers.
Basic Qualifications:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years managing hardware engineering teams
- 8+ years as a lead mechanical engineer
- Expert in at least one mechanical engineering discipline
Preferred Qualifications:
- MS/PhD in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years managing large hardware engineering teams
- Expert in multiple mechanical engineering disciplines
