Compensation:

$156,400 - $211,600/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for complex user experiences in healthcare.
  • Create scalable design solutions and visually compelling interfaces.
  • Conduct usability testing and leverage analytics for design decisions.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the design system.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of UX or interaction design experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design or related field.
