Description
Amazon's transportation network is a critical driver of the customer experience flywheel, where faster delivery speeds and lower shipping costs attract more customers, generate more volume, and enable continued investment in network expansion. As a Senior Program Manager on the Canada Transportation team, you will be the single point of accountability for Canada's overall Cost to Serve (CtS) owning strategy and execution across last mile, middle mile, air, linehaul, sort center and network design.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
