This role is based in multiple locations: Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; and Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

Salary ranges from $148,700 to $231,400 annually based on location.

About the Role:

As a Senior TPM, you will drive programs that enhance user safety through tools like AutoMod and Shield Mode. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to address critical business challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage programs with high ambiguity and multiple stakeholders.
  • Identify strategic opportunities and assess program viability.
  • Collaborate with other TPMs to improve best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of technical program management experience.
  • 6+ years as a TPM or Engineering Manager.
  • Experience working with software engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Trust & Safety or Content Moderation.
  • Proven track record in program ownership in infrastructure or product domains.
