This role is based in Toronto, ON, Canada.

Compensation:

114,800 - 191,800 CAD annually

Responsibilities:

  • Design new, scalable, secure, and reliable features for real-time data solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and partner teams.
  • Optimize client or server systems for performance and scalability.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of design or architecture experience.
  • Experience with at least one programming language.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Tech stack:

Elasticsearch, Spark, Hive, Presto, AWS services (EMR, Redshift, Kinesis, DynamoDB).
