Software Engineering Manager, AWS EKS

This role is based in Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$184,900 - $250,200/year

Responsibilities:

Manage EKS compute products, oversee engineering team staffing and culture, and drive product development.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 7+ years within engineering teams
• 8+ years leading multi-tier web services
• Knowledge of software development life cycle practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in user communication and requirement gathering
• Skills in recruiting and mentoring software engineers
