Solutions Architect, Ring Sidewalk

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, where you'll help shape the future of IoT connectivity.

Compensation:

$138,200 - $239,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical interface between Sidewalk and customers/developers.
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices for implementing Sidewalk technology.
• Review customer designs and provide recommendations for optimal system implementation.
• Translate customer feedback into requirements for engineering teams.
• Create technical content, documentation, and reference architectures.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with embedded systems and IoT solutions.
• Strong understanding of wireless protocols and IoT architectures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with AWS or cloud technologies.
• Experience with low-power wireless protocols (LoRa, BLE, etc.).
