Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of working with CRM, ATS, or related applicant tracking software systems and analytics tools experience- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience- 3+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience- Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies
Preferred Qualifications
