Sourcing Recruiter, Legal and Public Policy Recruiting

This role is based in Arlington, VA, Bellevue, WA, or Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$72,000 - $126,100 annually

Responsibilities:

Research and network with legal talent, build sourcing strategies, manage the recruitment process end-to-end, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience in candidate sourcing and closing strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple searches and client relationships
• Experience in Legal Recruiting
