Amazonβs Cross Channel and Category Marketing Team (XCM) is hiring a strategic marketer to lead the execution of our cross-channel mass campaigns. This individual will have an incredible opportunity to drive campaigns that create brand love for customers around the world. XCM runs the largest and most performative mass marketing portfolio at Amazon. This individual will be an integral partner to stakeholders across Amazon and XCM leaders and with global locales, ensuring our campaigns align to our brand strategy.
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs- Experience communicating results to senior leadership- Experience in verbal and written communication for executive level leaders- Experience in agency or brand side marketing roles overseeing complex campaigns, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration- Experience in executing campaigns across traditional and emerging media channels including TV, OOH, cinema, digital display, online video and paid social
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams- Experience working on global campaigns- Experience providing creative input, development and execution from concept to completion- Experience executing marketing strategy and creative at a high bar
