Compensation:
$151,200 - $225,000 annually
About the Role:
The Community team focuses on empowering creators and enhancing viewer engagement through innovative products. You will define strategies based on customer needs and work closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Identify tactical improvements for growth initiatives.
- Develop strategic plans for product evolution.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams.
- Advocate for both viewers and streamers in product development.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience with consumer-facing growth products.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to drive growth through experimentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Familiarity with Twitch's ecosystem.
- Proficiency in SQL and analytics platforms.
