Compensation:

$151,200 - $225,000 annually

About the Role:

The Community team focuses on empowering creators and enhancing viewer engagement through innovative products. You will define strategies based on customer needs and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify tactical improvements for growth initiatives.
  • Develop strategic plans for product evolution.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Advocate for both viewers and streamers in product development.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience with consumer-facing growth products.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive growth through experimentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Familiarity with Twitch's ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in SQL and analytics platforms.
