Description
The Recruiting Technology Integration (RTI) organization is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to define and drive the delivery of product features and process improvements that enable recruitment at scale. This role functions as the business owner and strategic lead for one or more features within the Talent Acquisition product ecosystem, partnering closely with business customers and technical teams to translate operational needs into measurable solutions.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship- Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field- Experience developing and implementing new strategies and procedures- Knowledge of data analytics with tools such as Tableau, SQL, Quick-sight- Experience managing product or program launches end-to-end, including beta deployments, acceptance criteria reviews, and post-launch retrospectives- Exposure to compliance requirements such as data privacy, accessibility, and localization in product design- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and operational readiness materials to support successful product or process launches- Experience mentoring or developing junior team members
