Sr. Specialist Solutions Architect, Amazon Connect , EMEA Specialist Solutions Architect Team, Amazon Connect

This role is based in London, GBR.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to unblock customer challenges.
• Act as a thought leader through AWS blogs and public-speaking events.
• Partner with Business Development teams on technical components of GTM initiatives.
• Create enablement materials for the broader Solutions Architect community.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in software development, cloud computing, or related fields.
• 5+ years in Contact Center Technologies or related domains.
• Fluency in Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SAP systems and architecture.
• AWS certification or similar cloud certification.
• Experience with Amazon Connect and related technologies.
