Sr. Specialist Solutions Architect, Amazon Connect , EMEA Specialist Solutions Architect Team, Amazon Connect

This role is based in London, GBR.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to address critical business challenges.
• Act as a thought leader through blogs, whitepapers, and public speaking.
• Partner with Business Development teams to define technical components of solutions.
• Create enablement materials for technical subject matter experts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in the customer service/contact center industry.
• 5+ years of Solution Architecture/Design experience in Customer Experience/CRM/AI Solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
• Amazon Connect experience and certifications.
• Additional European language skills are desirable.
