Compensation:
$105,600 - $185,000/year
Responsibilities:
- Own supplier performance across quality, cost, and schedule.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation for consistent production.
- Assess and qualify supplier manufacturing capabilities.
- Lead technical program management for supplier-driven workstreams.
- Plan and execute supplier ramp-ups and new product introductions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supplier strategy with product objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience in supplier relationship management.
- Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years in supply chain, forecasting, or vendor management.
- Knowledge of DFM/DFA principles and process validation.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
