Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, Fiber Deployment, Global Connectivity Infrastructure Development

This role is based in London, GBR.

Responsibilities:

Manage program oversight of construction activities for new builds or capital projects, ensuring project scope, timeline, and budget are met.

Conduct vendor management and quality audits, interface with data center providers, and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical infrastructure program management experience
• Knowledge of network infrastructure best practices
• Understanding of the optical fiber industry

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with GIS platforms and quality assurance processes
• Led large network construction programs
