UX Designer, Benefits

This role is based in Seattle, WA, where you will design impactful solutions for Amazon's 2M global employees.

Compensation:

$117,800 - $160,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer problems through data and research to inform design solutions.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to develop use cases and requirements.
• Create journey maps, flows, and mockups to communicate design details.
• Present design recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Partner with technology teams to ensure design principles are upheld.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of UX or interaction design experience.
• Proven experience delivering design solutions.
• Online portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in consumer web/mobile products.
• Ability to work collaboratively with developers.
