The Amazon Ads Brand Innovation Lab (BIL) is seeking a UX Designer who is passionate about creating engaging, user-centered digital experiences for some of the world's most innovative brands. In this role, you will design and build interactive web experiences that support advertising campaigns and brand storytelling initiatives across Amazon-owned and operated surfaces. You will work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Design Technologists, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Account Teams to transform concepts into compelling customer experiences.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or Associate's degree- Experience designing and executing online customer experiences- Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar- Experience and practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, web-based information architecture and designs- Experience in A/B testing- Experience in stakeholder management and communication management- Expert Webflow builder, better if certified.- Proficiency with Webflow for building and maintaining responsive websites and interactive experiences.- Understanding of HTML and CSS and responsive design principles.- Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
