This role is based in Madison, WI.

Compensation:

$91,900 - $160,000/year

Responsibilities:

Drive the vision, development, and optimization of customer-facing digital experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable components and ensure content accuracy and brand alignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of front-end engineering experience
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React
• Experience with responsive and accessible interfaces

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CMS platforms and marketing technology
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Interest in fashion and digital brand storytelling
