Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy AI solutions that enhance legal workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases.
- Act as a product developer from concept to rollout.
- Integrate AI technologies into existing systems.
- Maintain documentation and governance around data usage.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or automation solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with modern AI architectures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with legal tech systems.
- Experience building internal AI assistants.
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance frameworks.
