Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze human evaluations of AI systems.
- Develop benchmarks and evaluation protocols using statistical modeling.
- Conduct statistical analysis of evaluation data.
- Collaborate with engineers to implement evaluation methods.
- Run and analyze experiments for real improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS with 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis.
- Experience in building data and inference pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MS or PhD in relevant fields.
- Experience with LLM-based evaluation systems.
- Strong communication skills.
