Compensation:
$139,500 - $258,100/year
What you'll do:
Research and develop evaluation methods to enhance the quality of user-facing products. Work with large data sets and apply advanced analytical methods to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and own end-to-end evaluation frameworks for AI/ML systems.
- Build high-quality evaluation datasets and human-in-the-loop systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive model and product decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in data science, machine learning, and analytics.
- Strong programming skills in SQL and a scripting language (e.g., Python).
- B.S. in a quantitative field such as Machine Learning or Computer Science.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of large language models (LLMs).
- Hands-on experience applying LLMs to technical problems.
- Ph.D. in a quantitative field with 5 years of relevant work experience.
