Compensation:
$172,100 - $305,600/year
Responsibilities:
- Own a diverse portfolio of machine learning features and ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Drive strategy and delivery of ML-powered solutions across business areas.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers throughout program implementation.
- Encourage accountability and high performance within the program team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 7+ years of technical program or product management experience.
- Strong experience with machine learning and analytics programs.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing ML decision points in large-scale programs.
- Familiarity with modern data and ML tools (e.g., Airflow, Spark).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance urgency with strategy.
