AppleCare Data Engineer

This role is based in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities:

You will work across the data lifecycle—from modeling and extraction to visualization and storytelling—partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact insights.

Key Tasks:

• Design and implement advanced analytical models and pipelines using SQL and R/Python.
• Develop and optimize data extraction and transformation processes.
• Build intuitive visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to shape analytics platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in data science, business analytics, or business intelligence roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and R/Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Experience with data modeling and analytics frameworks such as Snowflake.
• Strong foundation in statistical analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline.
