This role is based in Cork, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

Provide front line support for Apple's network, resolve incidents, maintain and upgrade network infrastructure, and contribute to documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with IPv4, IPv6, BGP, and layer 2 technologies.
  • Understanding of large-scale LAN and WAN networking technologies.
  • Experience with Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto, and Fortinet products.
  • Ability to coordinate and troubleshoot with teams.
  • B.Sc. degree or equivalent experience.
  • Networking certifications such as Juniper JNCIA/JNCIP or Cisco CCNA/CCNP.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work in a 24x7x365 support model.
