This role is based in Cupertino, California.

Compensation:

$208,400 - $313,500/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of BMS hardware managers and engineers.
  • Drive development of BMS hardware from concept to manufacturing.
  • Implement advanced simulation and testing methodologies.
  • Manage strategic vendor partnerships and streamline design processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience leading products from concept to production.
  • Familiarity with mixed-signal analog design and BMS application engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of engineering management in consumer electronics.
  • Direct experience in BMS hardware design.
  • Strong foundation in mixed-signal circuits and system integration.
