Compensation:

$134,800 - $245,800 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Design, create, and validate new metrics for user engagement and retention.
  • Build data products like user segmentation models and growth forecasting.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover insights into feature usage.
  • Communicate findings to influence product strategy.
  • Transform business problems into data science challenges.
  • Contribute to automated data pipelines using Python and SQL.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MS/PhD in a quantitative domain (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics).
  • 2+ years experience in data analysis.
  • Proficient in Python and at least one database language (e.g., SQL).
  • Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with user engagement analytics.
  • Experience with large datasets using Hadoop and Spark.
  • Experience writing analytics automation pipelines.
