Compensation:
$134,800 - $245,800 per year
Responsibilities:
- Design, create, and validate new metrics for user engagement and retention.
- Build data products like user segmentation models and growth forecasting.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover insights into feature usage.
- Communicate findings to influence product strategy.
- Transform business problems into data science challenges.
- Contribute to automated data pipelines using Python and SQL.
Minimum Qualifications:
- MS/PhD in a quantitative domain (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics).
- 2+ years experience in data analysis.
- Proficient in Python and at least one database language (e.g., SQL).
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with user engagement analytics.
- Experience with large datasets using Hadoop and Spark.
- Experience writing analytics automation pipelines.
