Compensation:

$141,800 - $258,600 per year

What you'll do:

Utilize data to inform product decisions, conduct exploratory data analysis, and develop metrics and visualizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design foundational datasets and reports for leadership.
  • Develop scalable metrics frameworks and data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to implement telemetry while ensuring user privacy.
  • Identify data-driven insights to enhance user experience.
  • Lead innovative analyses to deepen understanding of software products.
  • Explore Generative AI opportunities to optimize workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R).
  • 3+ years of data science experience, preferably in consumer tech.
  • Strong fundamentals in data engineering and machine learning.
  • Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Spark or Hadoop.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with LLM-driven workflows or Generative AI.
  • Experience in designing scalable data systems.
  • Strong product mindset focused on user experience improvement.
