Design Process Solutions Architect

This role is based in Culver City, California.

Compensation:

$121,600 - $230,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Manage capacity and project assignments for the design team.
• Build relationships with creative leaders to understand project needs.
• Provide actionable insights through reports and dashboards.
• Audit workflows and implement process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years in resource management or creative project coordination.
• Expertise in workflow mapping and process optimization.
• Strong relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with system design principles.
• Experience with resource planning tools like Wrike or AirTable.
