This role is based in Seattle, Washington.

Compensation:

$188,200 - $325,500

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers.
  • Participate in design reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
  • Foster a strong engineering culture valuing collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Drive delivery accountability and communicate team progress to leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience designing and building distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in Rust or equivalent low-level languages.
  • Experience with AI/ML infrastructure or data pipeline systems.
  • B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with multi-cloud storage systems.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
