This role is based in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage software development projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, Business, QA, and stakeholders for project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and implement mitigation strategies for risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in engineering project management.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and using Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Hands-on proficiency with JIRA and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • PMP certification preferred; B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous development experience in Python/Java and AI/ML.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
