$172,100 - $258,600/year
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Finance leaders to assess and improve delivery practices.
- Guide teams through automation and AI integration.
- Develop tailored roadmaps for capability improvements.
- Lead workshops to up-skill Finance teams on technical concepts.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design accessible solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of SQL and Python experience.
- Background in business analysis or technical consulting.
- Experience in organizational transformation and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with data platforms like Dataiku and Snowflake.
- Experience with no-code/low-code platforms.
- Understanding of AI agent creation and data governance.
