Summary:

We are seeking an International Quality Engineering Lead to drive internationalization test strategy, automation, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the team in sponsor reviews and leadership forums.
  • Own functional testing across locales.
  • Drive automation and reporting for efficiency.
  • Act as DRI for international projects.
  • Collaborate across multi-timezone teams.
  • Identify infrastructure and tooling needs.
  • Communicate project status and risks effectively.
  • Mentor peers on international best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software quality engineering.
  • Proven track record as DRI for complex projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in automation and quality metrics.
  • Outstanding communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software quality engineering.
  • Leadership in cross-functional projects.
  • Deep expertise in test automation frameworks.
