Compensation:

$157,200 - $281,900 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary representative for AppleCare to various organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize new product launch efforts.
  • Ensure successful launches of iOS refurb programs and continuous improvement.
  • Develop business cases and implement solutions using data analytics.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.S. degree in a related field plus 7 years of experience, or advanced degree plus 5 years of experience.
  • Experience in project/program management in NPI, Supply Chain, or Service Operations.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
