This role is based in Minato, Tokyo-to, Japan.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead program readiness reviews, ensuring factory readiness and resolving launch risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to drive pre-launch builds.
  • Ensure successful mass production ramp-up for key products.
  • Communicate effectively with multi-functional teams and executives.
  • Own vendor factory performance and drive continuous improvements.
  • Manage escalation of internal teams and external vendors.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing, process engineering, supply chain, or product development.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Business level language proficiency in English.
  • BS or MS degree in Industrial, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business level language proficiency in Japanese.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in a Program Manager role is a plus.
