Partner Engineering Program Manager

This role is based in Cupertino, California.

Compensation:

$141,800 - $258,600 per year

Responsibilities:

Oversee large-scale engineering projects, develop comprehensive project plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Manage multiple partners across different countries and drive innovation in wireless technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer/Electrical/Electronics/Communications Engineering or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in wireless development/system engineering/certification of devices.
• Experience as an Engineering Program Manager managing large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with industry/regulatory certification and specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for problem-solving and guiding others.
• Experience in technical architecture design and long-term strategy.
• Strong communication skills and partner management experience.
• Knowledge of wireless standards (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Thread, 3GPP, NFC).
