Compensation:
$141,800 - $258,600/year
Responsibilities:
- Ensure system reliability by designing, building, and maintaining robust infrastructure services.
- Automate operational tasks to reduce toil and resolve production issues quickly.
- Improve incident response processes to ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to create functional, high-quality solutions.
- Identify and eliminate technical debt to enhance long-term reliability.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Systems Admin.
- Strong software development skills in languages like Swift, Go, or Python.
- Experience with container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Deep understanding of networking and observability tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building automation tools to eliminate routine tasks.
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux systems administration.
