This internship is based in San Jose, California.

Compensation:

$28.31 - $41.15/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on space planning strategy and execute space optimization projects across the Americas.
  • Review and compile headcount data to support strategic planning.
  • Track projects, develop timelines, and document space planning processes.
  • Support lab move strategy and updates to floor plans and occupancy databases.
  • Report key occupancy metrics related to portfolio strategy.
  • Build templates for project overviews and executive summaries.
  • Collaborate with workplace design and project management partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics or related fields.
  • Graduating in December 2026 or later.
  • 3.0 minimum GPA.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Excel, Keynote, and Word.
  • Some experience in corporate real estate with exposure to workplace strategy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills.
