Compensation:
$113,600 - $214,100/year
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans with objectives, deliverables, timelines, and risk management strategies.
- Provide clear communication updates tailored for multiple audiences.
- Create and deliver presentations with a clear narrative.
- Leverage AI tools to analyze data and streamline processes.
- Collaborate across organizations to design and implement solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience managing projects focused on customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Effective communicator and engaging presenter.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience managing large, cross-functional initiatives.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of Apple Support experience across all channels.
