Compensation:
$137,900 - $207,300 per year
Responsibilities:
- Establish a Plan of Record for key operational initiatives.
- Ensure project deliverables are on track for flawless execution.
- Creatively problem solve and track critical milestones.
- Build contingency plans and escalate when necessary.
- Partner with cross-functional teams for aligned readiness plans.
- Drive creation and delivery of compelling presentations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
- Excellent program management skills.
- Experience managing relationships across large organizations.
- Deep knowledge of retail industry and environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in operational excellence and business growth.
- Experience leading sophisticated programs and campaigns.
- 5+ years of retail operational or program management experience.
