Compensation:
$188,200 - $325,500 per year
Summary:
Join the Apple Services Engineering (ASE) Security team to lead the development of next-generation security tools that protect Apple's ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers to build security tooling and automation.
- Define and drive the roadmap for embedding security into development pipelines.
- Partner with various security programs to enhance their operational capabilities.
- Influence security adoption across teams through effective tooling design.
- Define metrics and connect engineering investments to business risk.
- Hire and develop strong engineering talent.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years in security engineering or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience leading technical teams.
- Proven track record in building security programs.
- Strong communication skills for translating security risks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-velocity engineering environments.
- Background in software or platform engineering.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps tooling and CI/CD integration.
