What you'll do:

  • Support live crisis response operations with technical expertise.
  • Lead deployment of technology solutions for crisis management and emergency notifications.
  • Drive innovation in automation and system modernization.
  • Manage crisis management and threat intelligence platforms.
  • Coordinate cross-functional technology projects through the software development lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in project management or crisis management technology.
  • 5+ years deploying business process solutions.
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycles.
  • BA/BS degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in project management or crisis communication technology.
  • Experience with geospatial risk and emergency communication platforms.
  • MBA or MS degree.
