Senior Data Engineer

This role is based in Cupertino, California.

Compensation:

$181,100 - $272,100

Responsibilities:

• Architect and scale distributed data pipelines using Spark, Flink, Cassandra, and Kafka.
• Lead the design of privacy-first data models and analytics-ready datasets using Python, Scala, or Java.
• Engineer robust data observability and monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to meet business requirements.
• Champion modern engineering practices including CI/CD and rigorous testing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with production-grade distributed data systems.
• Expertise in Scala or Java, proficient in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
