What you'll do:
Generate customer insights and build predictive models to support personalized marketing communications. Identify business problems and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively analyze customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
- Design and maintain Tableau dashboards.
- Develop machine learning models to optimize marketing efforts.
- Partner with Engineering and Machine Learning teams for scalable solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in a quantitative field with 4+ years of experience or Bachelor's with 6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong foundation in machine learning methods and proficiency in Python or Spark.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
