$172,100 - $305,600

Responsibilities:

  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making across product, business, and creative teams.
  • Define engineering and business intelligence requirements for new datasets.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to ensure a comprehensive view of products and services.
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests to improve product experience.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models to optimize services.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficient in Python and SQL for data analysis.
  • Experience with statistical methods and experimentation strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with causal inference methods and distributed computing frameworks like Spark.
  • Background in the media or entertainment industry.
  • Passion for film, television, and/or music domains.
