Compensation:

$188,200 - $325,500

Summary:

The Apple Services Engineering (ASE) Security team seeks an experienced manager to lead a team of security engineers, collaborating with developers and security teams to secure ASE services.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of security engineers.
  • Drive the design and implementation of secure systems architecture.
  • Lead proactive threat assessments and security issue analysis.
  • Engineer solutions for security issue remediation.
  • Serve as a trusted security advisor across teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in security engineering with 6+ years in people management.
  • Experience in building and scaling security programs.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures and modern development practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering with an emphasis on security.
  • Background in emerging technology security domains.
