Compensation:
$188,200 - $325,500
Summary:
The Apple Services Engineering (ASE) Security team seeks an experienced manager to lead a team of security engineers, collaborating with developers and security teams to secure ASE services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of security engineers.
- Drive the design and implementation of secure systems architecture.
- Lead proactive threat assessments and security issue analysis.
- Engineer solutions for security issue remediation.
- Serve as a trusted security advisor across teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years in security engineering with 6+ years in people management.
- Experience in building and scaling security programs.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures and modern development practices.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering with an emphasis on security.
- Background in emerging technology security domains.
